Presenters are requested to receive reprints at the registration.
Poster presenters will receive a
name card and other equipments.
Oral presentation
・OHP projector and video projector are available.
・A computer connected to a video projector is available in the session room. Presenter is requested to copy his/her file (PowerPoint or PDF) into the computer using an USB memory. In case for problems, you are advised to prepare OHP sheets.
・Presentation time is 10 minutes and discussion is 5 minutes.
Poster
presentation
Presenters are requested to give a “Short oral presentation for posters” before
the poster session (see program).
・ Allocated time is strictly 1 minute and number of OHP sheets is less than two.
・ Presenters are requested to wait for their turn on chairs on the platform in session room.
・ Size of poster panel is 180 cm (height) and 90 cm (width). The program number is listed on the panel. Posters should be displayed before the poster session time and removed after that.
・ Pins are available at the session room.
