• We would like to thank all of the attendees for their contribution to the USE2013. It was a highly successful conference havingapproximately 500 attendees and 296 papers including 3 invited ones.
  
  USE2014 will be held at Academy Common, Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan, December 3-5, 2014.
