Wednesday, October 4, 2023
The presenting author is requested to pay the presenter registration fee together with the registration fee after the acceptance of the presentation.
Please note: If the payment of the presenting author is not completed by October 4, our committee will cancel your presentation. On-site payments are not accepted. Please complete your payment in advance and then attend the event.

After on-line payment, confirmation will be sent automatically by e-mail for security reasons.

- This fee covers participation in the scientific sessions, electrical book of proceedings, and final program. JJAP Special Issue CD-ROM production has been discontinued.

- Participants who have retired from universities, companies, etc. and do not currently belong to any organization.

- The payment will not be refunded even for an over-payment.
Payment before November 3 is strongly suggested.

- There is a limit for the number of seats. We have closed registration for the banquet, since the maximum number of registrations has been reached.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Your paper will not be included in the proceedings. Presenter registration fee (Author charge) will not be refunded because of charge to process program editing work.
- Participation fee will not be refunded.
