The 45th Symposium on UltraSonic Electronics

Welcome to USE2024

Welcome to USE2024, Surugadai Campus, Meiji University, Tokyo. We hope you will enjoy a fruitful conference and a comfortable stay in Tokyo.

The Symposium on Ultrasonic Electronics (USE) was first held in December 1980, to bring together experts in diverse fields of ultrasonics, including the fundamentals to applications. Since then, innovations in ultrasonics have been presented and discussed at the symposium. The symposium consists of single oral sessions and poster presentations. Since 2004, the symposium has accepted presentations in English from all over the world, and one of the three days is reserved for fully International Session. Since 2006, all posters have been presented in English.

There will be more than 250 general papers, three plenary talks including one by a distinguished lecturer of IEEE UFFC, and 400 participants are expected. Authors of presented papers are eligible to submit regular paper or brief note to a Special Issue on Ultrasonic Electronics in the Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP). The Young Scientist Awards will be selected from presenters at the symposium, and the Best Paper Awards will be selected from the papers published in the Special Issue.
