Payment should be made from your page (My Page) on the USE website after obtaining your account.

Deadline for payments
Friday, October 3, 2025
The presenting author is requested to pay the presenter registration fee together with the registration fee after the acceptance of the presentation.
Please note: If the payment of the presenting author is not completed by October 3, our committee will cancel your presentation. On-site payments are not accepted. Please complete your payment in advance and then attend the event.

After on-line payment, confirmation will be sent automatically by e-mail for security reasons.

- This fee covers participation in the scientific sessions, electrical book of proceedings, and final program. JJAP Special Issue CD-ROM production has been discontinued.

- Participants who have retired from universities, companies, etc. and do not currently belong to any organization.

- The payment will not be refunded even for an over-payment.
Payment before October 27 is strongly suggested.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Your paper will not be included in the proceedings. Presenter registration fee (Author charge) will not be refunded because of charge to process program editing work.
- Participation fee and banquet fee will not be refunded.
