• We would like to thank all of the attendees for their contribution to the USE2018. It was a highly successful conference having over 443 participants and 261 papers including 3 invited ones.
  
  USE2019 will be held from 25 to 27, November, 2019 at Academy Common, Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan.
