GUIDELINES FOR POSTERS
| 1. Poster display |
| The maximum size of the poster is 900 mm in width and 1100 mm in height. Please include your paper title, author's name(s) and affiliation(s) at the top of the poster. |
| 2. Attendance at your poster |
| The time for each poster session is two hours. The first half period will be allocated for odd-numbered presentations and the second half period will be allocated for even-numbered presentations. The presenter should be near the poster to discuss his findings during the allocated periods. |
| 3. Display time |
|
You can display your poster in the following time periods. After these periods, any posters will be removed by the symposium staff.
2Pa session 9：20-13：10, 9th Nov. 2Pb session 13：15-17：30, 9th Nov. 3Pa session from 17：35, 9th to 13：10,10th Nov. 3Pb session 13：15-17：20, 10th Nov. |
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
| 1. Presentation time |
|
General talk: 10 min. presentation+ 5 min. question = 15 min. allotted time
Invited talk: 40 min. presentation+ 10 min. question= 50 min. allotted time Please take the left front-row seat when your session starts. |
| 2. Loading your presentation |
|
If you bring your electronic file data with a USB memory, please load it to the PC (Windows) provided in the conference room before your session starts.
If you need to use your own PC, it may be connected to the projector via a switching connector. Please check the operation at the time of coffee break. We do not prepare special connectors for a MAC PC. You need to bring appropriate connector adapter for D-Sub 15 mini connector. |
