Tsukuba International Congress Center locates in the central area of Tsukuba City. The Tsukuba Express (TX) directly connecting Tsukuba and Tokyo (Akihabara), approximately 45min. To access the venue from Tsukuba station, use exit A3 to the pedestrian deck, and go straight south approximately for 800m (8 min.). The Airport Express Bus by Kanto-Railway Co. Ltd. also directly connecting Tsukuba Center and Narita International Airport / Tokyo International Airport (Haneda). Tsukuba Center is located adjacent to the Tsukuba station.

Tsukuba International Congress Center was installed by Ibaraki Prefecture and the Japan Science and Technology Agency in 1999, and used as a congress venue of USE2007. This venue is equipped with 19 conference rooms, including a 1,258 person-capacity Main Convention Hall. In USE2015, the Main Convention Hall and its Foyer (both locates on the second floor) will be used for the oral presentations and the poster sessions, respectively. The staff will be available at the registration desk on the first floor, during the congress opening hours.

The banquet of USE2015 will be held at "ESPOIR". This restaurant is located in the EPOCAL TSUKUBA and it is available to access directly from the congress venue.
