Tuesday, October 6, 2015
The presenting author is requested to pay the presenter registration fee together with the registration fee after the acceptance of the presentation.
Please note: If the payment of the presenting author is not completed by October 6, our committee will cancel your presentation.
For participants
Payments by credit card should be made before Wednesday, October 21.
Credit card payment will be carried out at the SSL website of the NTT DATA CUBIT CORPRATION.
After on-line payment, confirmation will be sent automatically by e-mail for security reasons.

If you don't have a prescribed form, please use a general form that can be obtained at a post office.
Please inform us of the following information for registration with your address and phone number by completing the form as shown above.
- Name
- Reception numbers (presenting authors only)
- Classification of participation (Regular or Student), and the fee.
- Author charge (presenting authors only)
- Banquet fee (if attending)
- Total amount
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Your paper will not be included in the proceedings. Presenter registration fee (Author charge) will not be refunded because of charge to process program editing work.
- Participation fee and payments for Banquet will be refunded for those who have preregistered but are unable to attend the symposium.
- Note that 5,000 JPY will be charged as symposium service charge from the Participation fee.
- Requesters have to bear any other service charges to process refunds, if any.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after Thursday, October 29, 2015.
